Our training regimen is very robust and many institutions have adopted our training manual for their in-house training of guards. We insist on recruiting guards with basic writing and speaking the English language. It is compulsory also for all recruits to pass a medical exam. We then do a finger print audit after which a thorough background check is done. The process can take as long as six months, but we are sure that the guards we deploy to clients premises and people who basically are not known to the law.
