David Odonkor

David has been involved in the security industry for over 18 years. As a major user and practitioner of security services, this role gave David an in-depth understanding of the security function from a client's perspective. David also has a wealth of knowledge and experience in security electronics, alarm monitoring and electronic solutions. David's unique experience has given him unparalleled insight into all aspects of the security industry. He holds an EMBA.

After a successful military career, Ebo joined the UN in Liberia as Air Operations Officer from 2008 - 2010. He is responsible for the financial and commercial function at BHS Security, ensuring the company's long-term financial stability and ability to continue to provide clients with best practice service. He has a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Ghana Institute Management and Public Administration.

Bediako Quayson

Director of Administration

Bediako is responsible for both Administration and Human Resources. Bediako brings with him a dynamic and diverse management style. Bediako's commitment, collaborative approach and passion for his clients allow him to lead by example and foster a culture of service excellence. His dedication engenders high rates of client satisfaction and staff retention. Bediako supports an experienced management team and over 900 security personnel and has previously held senior positions with Parliamentary Service of Ghana.

Kofi has over 15 years’ experience in the security industry, and previous experience with the Ghana Armed Forces. He has a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of critical infrastructure and high profile sites, effectively mitigating risk through in-depth assessments and critical response. He has a strong focus on managing client expectations and delivering high quality outcomes through team leadership and strategic contact.

Eunice Boako

Snr. Manager,Finance & Admin

Eunice has over 10 year's management experience in the security industry. She has proven leadership abilities and in-depth knowledge in finance. Eunice is in-charge of financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis and reviewing operational performance. Having previously worked for Delta West Security from 2003 to 2012, Eunice understands the industry requirements and has made substantial impact to our business. Eunice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Accounting.

Katumi's passion encompasses over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Having worked with various banks in both operational delivery and client management roles, Katumi brings a wealth of company, client and employee knowledge to our business. Katumi has been with BHS since the beginning of 2015 and her current focus is new business growth. This is achieved through the identification of customers seeking a genuine security partner to support their long term business objectives whilst delivering service excellence and improved performance, consistently across all locations.

Abraham Anumel

Regional Manager, Takoradi

Abraham manages a number of client contracts with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement. Abraham's proactive approach and prompt follow up provide clients with a high level of personal attention and responsiveness. Abraham has fifteen years of experience in the security industry and prior to joining BHS worked with Delta West Securities. His ability to listen and understand clients' needs enables him to deliver and exceed our clients' expectations.

Peter manages our Vodafone, Tigo and MTN Site teams and has expertise in leading, developing, training and coaching teams to peak performance. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and over 5 years in the facilities management arena. His work history includes the role of Regional Manager at BHS branch (Volta Region) and Operations Officer, BHS, Norpalm (Western Region). Peter's passion and drive provides his team with a ‘can do' attitude that ensures customers are provided with a quality end-product.

Jacob Fosu

Head, Business Development

Jacob joined BHS in 2011 as a supervisor and currently holding the position of Business Improvement Officer and Project Coordinator. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the organisation and is responsible for managing and facilitating all BHS projects and initiatives to ensure the highest quality outcomes for clients by the most cost effective means. Jacob's role provides the necessary support to ensure the continued development of company initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
